Better Men

Better Men challenges boys and young men to confront harmful narratives around masculinity, misogyny, race, and power.

In just one session, we’ve seen boys rethink their behaviour, identity, and influence.
The programme uses powerful facilitation, discussion and lived experience to create a space where transformation is not only possible it’s inevitable.

A one-day masterclass designed to help people improve their wellbeing, manage pressure, and unlock performance at work.
